Grand Design
Background
The current owners of Grand Design were owners and part of the leadership of the largest travel trailer and fifth wheel manufacturing in the world. They felt that it was difficult to stay in touch with customers, employees and the quality of the final product and decided to leave and start their own company.
History
The company offers its products through dealers. Grand Design RV was founded in 2012 and is based in Middlebury, Indiana. As of November 8, 2016, Grand Design RV operates as a subsidiary of Octavius Corporation.
